Ladies skills course

We’re running our first ladies skills weekend of the year in late April in North Wales.  A few of the places are already gone but we have ONE free place for whoever gives us the best reason for them attending.

Our ladies skills weekend is a two day course including a mechanical skills workshopon the evening of day one.  We’ll focus the course around whatever is of most benefit to the riders on the course but the areas we usually end up focussing on are:

• Cornering
• Carrying speed / Flow
• Technical descents
• Technical climbs
• Trailside repairs
• Recognising mechanical’s
• Natural trail riding skills
